Overall I had a very pleasant experience buying a new car. David was very patient, kind, and not pushy at all. I had a hard time making up my mind and he was very accomodating. David was very understanding. I never felt that we were being manipulated. The car dealings on final numbers were upfront and I felt we were being dealt the numbers without anything hidden or hidden scams. All sales people I ran into were really helpful and friendly. One other thing, I am having rear backup sensors installed on my Highlander. The service man called to let me know the backup sensors were temporarily out of stock. He was so apologetic and nice about not having them. I was so impressed with him. He was so very nice. I wish I could rememer his name. He did mention he had a fiance. He explained the various models, because even though I had researched the Camry, I was still confused about the models. He then listened to what I wanted and didn't necessarily have to have. We looked at several models and when I decided what I wanted the process of financing and price began. I felt very informed on my options of financing and the various extended warranties that could be purchased. This is the first time in a very long time that I have bought a car and know that I was treated well, listened to, got what I want and am VERY satisfied.
