Doc Holladay went above and beyond in showing me trucks from one end of the lot to the other. He was also straight forward and upfront with answers to all my questions. From the moment you drive into the service bay, the first person is super nice and it just gets better from there. While I waited for my HIghlander (2004) to be serviced Bonnie and I were talking(I mentioned that my daughter had bought a Tacoma in Austin on Saturday & had told me I would love the new RAV 4)so Bonnie mentioned that there were several new just in RAV 4's on the lot, so while I waited I just strolled out there. That is when I met Trey Ellis. When I saw the car I ulitmately bought, I loved it from the get-go. Trey hustled to get the keys to show me the features in the RAV 4 Limited and I loved it. He was very knowledgeable about all the features and what they could do for me to enhance my driving experience. I never thought arriving at a price agreement could be so hassle free but it was, he presented a fair discounted RAV 4 price, a reasonable trade-in amount for the Highlander so as far as I was concerned it was a done deal. I just wanted to sign some papers and get my car but I know there is a little more involved in getting a car ready for a new owner so the waiting was really pretty short but it seemed long. I was excited to get this new vehicle. Everybody was so nice and happy for me, too. Trey wouldn't let me leave with the car until he had gone over some of the safety features so I would know how to work with them,especially since I was going to make a road trip that evening to Albuquerque. More

Cullen called me promptly to let me know I had left them. I told Cullen upfront how much i need for my trade and he worked with the manger to get me what I needed for my trade. I have not bought a car from Street Toyota in a long time because formerly they were not willing to work with me. I must confess I was very hesitant to even go see the car I purchased. Over the last o process 22 years I vowed I would never go back. Cullen made me believe that Street is a different car company now. I will replace my daughters car very soon and plan to go see Cullen. This was by far the easiest car deal I have ever done. I am a new believer in Street you have won me back after 22 years when I purchased my last car from Street. Back when you were located on Georgia street. Thanks to Cullen if my next deal is just as good I will never go anywhere else. Jerry Garcia Was very kind and easy to work with. I was a blessing to know that I did not have to go to People's Credit Union to finance. Jerry was able to process my loan from his office. Jerry was truly interested in me more than just a customer. He did not pressure me to purchase anything additional but did offer it in a kind manner. Both Jerry and Cullen were excellent I hope you retain them for a long time. More
In providing the above rating, it was largely based on the fantastic service of both Doc and Hamid. Both were extremely helpful, friendly, and fun to work with in the purchase of the vehicle. In fact, when I decided to change the warranty I had purchased the night after my purchase, I went in to the dealership and Hamid jumped right on it, no problem, and redid all the paperwork. In short, with both of these gentlemen, despite the stigma attached to "car salesman," I felt that these were people I could trust (recognizing of course that they have obligations to their employer as well with respect to sales and pricing). I have already recommended Doc to others who are in the process of purchasing vehicles. As to Doc specifically, he went above and beyond in communicating with me about vehicles, offering suggestions, and keeping and eye out for vehicles I may be interested in. I texted him numerous times, even in his off-hours, and he always responded promptly (which I feel a little bad about given that as an attorney I know how disruptive it can be when people contact me at home during off hours). My only complaint, to the extent it can even be called a complaint, is with respect to the purchase of the warranty through Jerry Garcia. I definitely did not get the same feeling of openness and honesty in dealing with him because I believed, from past experience, that there was a large enough mark-up on warranties that he had some wiggle room in that department. He claimed that he did not, which I had a very difficult time believing, but I decided it just wasn't worth haggling over a couple hundred bucks saved or whatever the case may be. Of course, if I didn't feel so strongly that Doc had treated me right, I may have been much more annoyed and possibly walked out on the deal as a matter of principle. I would much rather have someone tell me that they aren't going to do something, then tell me that they can't do something when I am confident that they actually could. Now it may be that Jerry didn't have the authority to negotiate warranty pricing, in which case what he said was technically true, but I would expect him to talk to someone who did. In many cases, when purchasing vehicles, it isn't so much about the money. As I said, my time is much more valuable than a couple hundred dollars. Instead, it is about the feeling that people are working with you to make things happen. For example, he likely could have said he could shave as little as $50 on the warranty, which really means nothing to me monetarily, but means a lot to me as far as my general feeling about the interactions during the process. In short, I found his overall manner to be professional but I had the sense that he just wanted to get the paperwork done and, as I mentioned, right or wrong, I didn't have the trust in him that I had in Doc and Hamid to work with me to find the best deal possible for both me and the dealership, as opposed to the dealership alone. Again, I don't intend to be too critical because he was professional and did what he was supposed to do, but the difference is that the treatment I received from Doc and Hamid caused me to recommend them, and Street Toyota, to friends and acquaintances, whereas the experience with Jerry would not have caused me to do so. I wouldn't have not recommended Street because of Jerry, but Street would have been in the same category with any other dealer as opposed to a dealership that I actively sent people to for their car needs because of the treatment from Doc and Hamid. I specifically went to see Marshall because I bought my last vehicle from him. He is honest, no pressure and very knowledgeable about the Toyota products. I was not in the market for a Toyota, but decided to stop at Street Toyota on the way to another dealership which i had spoken to the previous night. The salesman MADISON JONAS, had also been highly recommen at Street Toyota on the way to another dealership which i had spoken to the previous night. The salesman MADISON JONAS, had also been highly recommended to me. So I thought, what the heck, I will just stop, look and talk to Madison. Needless to say, I never made it back to the other dealership ! I saw a vehicle I liked. First the test drive, in which everything was shown and meticulously described to me. The salesman even took the wheel and showed me a couple of things and answered my questions. Second, going in and talking to the salesman, very pleasant , no pressure, no annoying sales tactics. The finance manager, also very pleasant. Third, picking up my vehicle, where the manuals were explained to me, we went to my vehicle and further explanation of the controls and and other questions I had were answered. I can say I left Street Toyota feeling good about my decision. Will I recommend STREET TOYOTA and MADISON JONAS ? ABSOLUTELY I WILL ! More

The overall experience was of buying a new care was great. The employees at the concierge desk were very helpful and remembered my name without having to ask again. The final sale was seamless and the delivery review of the operation of the car (Jennifer, I do not remember her last name) was very well done and she was exceptionally helpful and efficient. Not having purchased a new car in quite a number of years I was struck by the number of employees at the dealership but, more importantly, how well they conducted themselves and the professionalism of the entire group for whom I was in contact with. Yes, I will recommend this dealership and the people associated with my purchase to anyone looking to purchase a car. What a great car too!!! More
