Since my prior experience was so unpleasant I was very hesitant but, I have always purchased new vehicles from Street Toyota. So I thought I would give it another try and it was very pleasant. Trey was very understanding to my request of what I was looking for and wanting. He was very pleasant and never treated me like I was just his next sale. He listened to my request and worked very well with me. Gus Shamir was also very pleasant, made me feel very special. Larry Argo was very pleasant he knew what I wanted before I returned and had everything ready to go when I returned. It was a pleasant experience and I will be happy to tell my friends and family where to shop for their next vehicle. I bought a used FX 35 Infiniti for Street Toyota 18 months ago, while I helped my daughter purchase a new TC Scion at the same time. We were very pleased with all aspects of the buying experience. My wife and I decided we were wanting to upgrade our Infinity, which we truly love, to a newer model. We wanted to deal with Street Toyota again, and they found us a 2012 program Infinity I believe for the money we could be happy with. We bought the vehicle after they had found it for us on line in Phoenix, and made the deal without seeing it personally. They said they would deliver it to us and pick up our traded for Infinity, and we live 130 miles from Amarillo free of charge. They have now delivered our new FX 35 and it was all they said it would be. What an honest dealership!! It is dealing with people of integrity once again. We are going through some financial hardships right now, as my salary was decreased by $1300,00 a month. I had to sell my 2001 Yukon which I loved and was in immaculate condition. I came into Street and met Chris Campbell. I told him I had $2000.00 to spend on a car. I didn't care what it was as long as it wouldn't quit on me as soon as I drove it off the lot. At first Chris said he didn't have anything. But as soon as I got home, the phone rang and it was Chris. He said I have a 1998 Ford Taurus which I think might work for you. Well I bought the car. When I came to pick it up I hardly recognized it. Chris had had it detailed and it looked like a different car. Jerry Garcia handled the paper work for me and treated me like I was buying a brand new car. I came to Street because we had bought our 2007 Camery (used) two years ago and love it. The service at Street has been everything I stated above. We want another Camery when things level out for us. If the old Ford is still running we will trade it in for an almost new Camery and we will be hunting Chris up to help us again. We will keep the 2007 Camery for a work car. I have no problem with telling anyone that the Customer Service at Street is everything they strive to be. Thanks again to everyone at Street for helping us through this difficult time. More

We have a Camry, And a Tundra, but we were looking to trade our Sienna for something a little quieter, and John suggested that we try the Sequia. We did, and we loved it.
