Street Toyota

We came interested in purchasing a 2012 Sienna Van and was directed to Doc Holladay for sales support. I looked at several and got an estimate of trade-in and final purchase price from Doc. I told him that is all I wanted at this time and needed to talk it over with my wife before making a decision. He was very gracious and provided the information I needed and didn't pressure me on a deal right then. My wife and I talked about the pros and cons to purchasing the new van. I had a proposed trade in value from Doc and called a friend of mine that was interested in my 2008 Sienna van and he wanted to buy it. I called Doc that evening on his cell at home told him which van we wanted to buy and also that this would be a deal with no trade-in as my friend wanted to purchase our trade-in. He was fine with that and called Street that evening to have them prep this new van. We sold our old van the next day in the AM and proceeded to Streed Toyota and purchased our new van in a short amount of time. All along Doc, Matt and Alyson were so helpful and informative. Jerry Garcia was also very patient and answered all of our questions during the finance portion. He also was very helpful in providing and completing the forms required to transfer the remaining extended warranty for our 2008 van to our friend that purchased it from us. All in all this was a very good experience and we thank those who helped us with our purchase and commend them highly as professionals and now good friends. More

I drove 2 hrs to Amarillo in search of a good, reliable truck to work from. I had bought a Toyota Tacoma from them in the past and turned out to be a great truck, just not enough room for all the stuff i c truck to work from. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by a very nice gentleman by the name Dean. Dean was very helpful in helping us look at the cars and to open any car we wanted to look at. I never once felt he was rushing us or trying to push us in one direction or the other, I felt I was in charge of the cars I wanted to look at. The other lots we looked at they tried to push us in a vehicle we didn't even want to look at. Then Dean let us test drive a new Camry, and we pulled thru the lot and looked at all the different colors and options we could have and he explained the differences very well to us. Dean was super nice in going back and forth to the same models to see the exact difference between the two (like le model to le model) . Then we decided to maybe work and see if we can make a deal. I was very upfront with Dean that our credit is no problem and we wanted to work numbers first that's all. I didn't want my credit having inquires on there that's not needed. Dean was awesome he said that was fine , we gave him the info and he worked up the deal sheet. Then when he came back he sold us on the car but was not pushie. Then he let us have a few minutes to decide , then we decided to make the deal , and then they ran our credit , and we got 0% financing that made it a great deal for us. When we buy a car , our most important thing is the price, the payments is not a big thing for us. As long as the numbers are correct then the payment will be what it is. Then when we got to Scott the finance guy, he was super nice also. He explained everything and was very efficient at what he does. We have bought a new car every year for the last 15 years and we feel this was the best experience we have had yet. More
