The buying process was very easy. The negotiating was done via text messaging with little time taken from my day. I had two vehicles that were purchased previously from Street Toyota. Since my husband has just been moved into a nursing home, I needed to trade both my van and my car in for one vehicle. I came in looking for an SUV that my 91 yr old mother could get into, I can carry a wheelchair in, I can get to and from work this winter and the gas doesn't eat me alive. I met Matt Lankford, a new sales person, (I don't see his name on your list) and he helped with a Highlander. He knew the vehicle and was very patient, even when I brought my brother and my nephew to help me look. I came back several times, because I have to admit, I'm a little picky!! He helped me find what I needed and then Gus Shamir helped me get a fair price for my vehicles. This is the second time I've worked with Gus on a purchase and he's always so nice and professional. Dave Walker, who is Matt's mentor, came over and met with my mother and I while we waited for the deal to be completed. He is very nice and very willing to help Matt with the business of getting the sale completed. This has been a stressful time and I must say these three gentlemen helped me get through something I've dreaded for several weeks. Matt is new, but I believe he's an asset to Street Toyota. I choose this dealership after searching Toyota cars online and found the one I was interested in. I asked my sister to go with me, not realizing she had just purchased a Toyota also. He was very helpful, knowledgable and went with us on a test drive. Everyone at the dealership was courteous, offering us water or soda during the waiting time, which was not that long. I also had a very good experience with the finance department although I forgot the gentleman's name who talked to me. He explained everything and answered all questions. I had a great experience in buying my car and did not feel pushed or rushed into anything. I love my new Toyota and everyone tells me it is a well built car and should last a long time. More
