Cullen was very knowledgeable about the car. Had a test drive route planned out to give us an overall driving experience. When we got to the finance officer, he had it all figured for the higher 4.95% and didn't present us with any other options. I left satisfied with the car and service, but feeling like I was not give the finance options advertised and so probably did not get the best loan I could have qualified for. I would have preferred being given all the options and interest rates then making a decision and waiting while he set up the loan info. More

I called street Toyota because I neede to find a car for my daughter who was about to be 16. We were on a tight budget, but wanted a reliable car for our daughter. He found out what our budget was and a general idea of what we were looking for and told me he would be on the lookout for a car for us. He did not bother me everyday or try to talk me into anything, but he called me when there was a car that he thought would work for us. We ended up finding a great school car for our daughter. When we came to test drive the car Doc was very personable! He made us laugh alot, and answered any questions we had with a very friendly attitude! When we brought my very excited 16 year old in to purchase the car, he made it so much fun for her! He gave her and her friend lots of advice and had them cracking up! He even made them balloon swords to fight off the boys! We had been looking for a couple of months for a car and it had been kind of stressful and frustrating, until we went to Street Toyota and Doc took care of us! I will definately recommend street Toyota to people I know and I will tell them to ask for Doc! More

I made contact with David via an internet inquiry. Street Toyota had a Toyota Tacoma in stock that was the color that my wife and I thought we wanted. David promptly responded to the inquiry via internet and Toyota had a Toyota Tacoma in stock that was the color that my wife and I thought we wanted. David promptly responded to the inquiry via internet and a phone call. The color was right and the pickup had a short bed which we preferred. So, we made an appointment to drive to Amarillo to see and test drive the pickup. My wife and I had never seen the Pyrite Mica color before and it turned out not to be the color we desired. David immediately began to search Street's inventory and what was available elsewhere. He showed us a white Toyota Tacoma 4X4, which we were hesitant to buy; but David found one with 2 wheel drive in Oklahoma which he said that he could get and have delivered to us in Lubbock in 48 hours. We were a little off on the price and told David that we would sleep on it. We had intended to buy a pickup outright and keep our 2008 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner. We did sleep on the offer overnight and decided that next day to see what we could do with a trade-in on the 2012 4X4 Street had in stock, so we contacted David for an appointment the following day. We arrived in Amarillo at the appointed time and made a deal with David within the hour. He was quite easy to deal with on the price. He had the pickup serviced prior to our arrival, so it was ready to go; except, we requested that our Undercover tonneau be removed from the 2008 Toyota Tacoma to our new picku. He had his service department make the transfer, which was completed within the hour. David is very friendly and was never pushy nor overbearing. Many of the staff personnally thanked us for our business. We left Street Toyota very pleased with their friendly service and our new purchase. More
