I had a great experience at the dealership everyone was very attentive and very nice. Derek did a great job listening to me about what I was looking for in a truck and the options I wanted. He took me to two trucks setting side by side and the second one was exactly what I was looking for. I told him I did not want to hassle price and him be the go between just to get the guy that could make the desicion out here upfront so as not to waste either of our time. He informed me that it is all done on computer and they dont operate like that. With in a few minutes had the price of the truck and the price of my trade in in front of me with a total of deductions they could offer on that vehicle. I met gus he came out introduced himself and I asked about an option that was not on the truck The remote start I said I would purchase it if they installed that option and he said he could do that and they did. I think the truck is a litttle pricey compared to chevy which is what I have drove for years, but they all are. I did like the fact that the truck came with the running boards and spray in bed liner and a few other small options that it came with direct from the factory That would have been add ons from chevrolet. I truly like the reviews and the testimonials from some of my friends who drive them as to the trucks dependability and the service mileage they are getting out of them. So We made a deal the rest is yet to be determined. Thanks More
Everybody was pleasant to deal with and friendly. I was impressed with the Toyota Dealership's facility itself. So far I'm enjoying the security of driving a vehicle as dependable as my Corolla. impressed with the Toyota Dealership's facility itself. My family has had a history with Street Toyota for a while now, but this was our first time purchasing a vehicle from them. I can tell you that they did everything they possible could to make the car bu while now, but this was our first time purchasing a vehicle from them. I can tell you that they did everything they possible could to make the car buying experience as easy and care free as possible. We worked with the same salesman for upwards of 2 months in order to get the exact vehicle that we wanted. He went out of his way to deliver it for us and when everything was all said and done, we ended up with the perfect car for us. I highly recommend Street Toyota, not just because of the ease to purchase a car, but because they made the usually daunting task of buying a car, dare I say, fun! More
I bought a fully loaded 4Runner from this dealership over Street Toyota's internet site. It was the most pleasant, efficient, courteous, economical experience I have ever had in purchasing an automobile and Street Toyota's internet site. It was the most pleasant, efficient, courteous, economical experience I have ever had in purchasing an automobile and I have bought quite a few over the years. David, our sales person, was always helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and eager to go the extra mile -- e.g. they delivered my 4Runner by courier service (I am 110 miles away) and the courier took our trade-in back with him! This dealership had the connections to quickly find exactly the model with the specific accessory options we wanted (and we were picky)and at the time the purchase was made the 2012 4Runner was in extremely high demand. I cannot recommend this dealership or the person we dealt with -- David Saied -- too highly. They had the most reasonable price (far better than any dealership we consulted). I can't praise this dealership or the process I used (internet) enough! I will always purchase my vehicles in this manner. More
Everyone in the dealership was great. Josiah was very professional and did his best to make us comfortable while we waited for the car to arrive on the truck. Finance was a quick process (faster than any professional and did his best to make us comfortable while we waited for the car to arrive on the truck. Finance was a quick process (faster than any other we have gone through)and we were not pressured by anyone to purchase extras that we did not want or need. More
I brought myy 2008 Rav 4 in for routine service & I stopped by to ask Ben about upgrading to a slightly larger vehicle. Ben immediately took me out on the lot to look at what was available. It was a stopped by to ask Ben about upgrading to a slightly larger vehicle. Ben immediately took me out on the lot to look at what was available. It was a very cold and windy day, so Ben kept me comfortable by driving me around the lot. I found a vehicle I liked, but was not really happy with the price. After explaining what bottom dollar I could spend, Ben found the perfect vehicle for me. It was late in the evening, so Ben arranged for me to drive the vehicle home to make sure that I wanted it, and to work out my financing arrangements. As it turned out, Ben got me a better financial arrangement with Toyota Financial Services, despite my very competitive interest rate offered by my credit union. When I brought the Highlander back to make the purchase, Ben also arranged for his wife, Gayla, to assist me with paperwork, questions about the vehicle, and other details about accessories. While I was waiting for the vehicle to be cleaned and detailed, I was offered drinks by several of the staff. Before leaving the dealership, Ben went over all the features and accessories, and ensured the vehicle was in top shape. I have been a Street-Toyota customer for 3 years. I am almost 60 years old, so I have bought vehicles of different brands and from several dealerships. This is the first dealership that I've ever felt like they really appreciated my business, during and after the sale. The staff is always polite, helpful and knowledgable, whether it be in sales, service, front desk, valet, or the person getting you a cup of coffee! It's so nice to take your vehicle in for service and be treated so kindly, and not feel like I'm being over-charged and under-serviced. Being a single woman, there have been many instances where I was taken advantage of, but I trust Street-Toyota to always do the right thing. I absolutely love my new Highlander, and look forward to my continued relationship with your dealership. Keeps up the great customer service! More
Initial online and over phone were great. Josiah and his team provided the information and a fair price we agreed upon over the phone. Josiah even went out of his way to pick me up from the airport as I cam team provided the information and a fair price we agreed upon over the phone. Josiah even went out of his way to pick me up from the airport as I came in to purchase my new Toyota and continue on a business trip. All experiences within the dealership were great other than a little strangeness from the finance employee (Amid?). Good work Street Toyota and I would certainly come back to this location and recommend this location to others. More
Jonas walls, and street Toyota were recommended to us by a good friend. Living over 100 miles from the dealership, my first contact was by phone. Jonas was informed about our needs, and our timeline. Jonas a good friend. Living over 100 miles from the dealership, my first contact was by phone. Jonas was informed about our needs, and our timeline. Jonas was very non-pressure, and we set up a visit about 10 days later. In my first visit at street Toyota, I went by myself. The dealership was very clean, and professional. I asked the front desk for Jonas, and he was prompt and easy to talk to. I had several questions, and a special situation that neede some fairly in depth research. Jonas was very quick in getting back to us with answers to our questions. During this time we set up a visit for our family to travel back and do a test drive. We looked and drove about 8 different models, some pith and some without Jonas. The thing that was very nice, was Jonas showed us a route that had streets very similar to (lack of) quality that our small town has. We could experience the cars we were looking at in the condition that they would be mostly driven. We decided on the Camry s.e. and needed to finalize some paperwork, as my wife's brother works at a Toyota plant. It was a special circumstance, but our paperwork took about a week to complete, the dealerships end of the purchase procedure was very quick. About a week later, we picked up the vehicle and completed our financing. The finance process was done well, and we got the car for the price and financing rate we wanted. More
I went to Street Toyota to purchase my third car from them. They have a non pushy sales attitude, which I like and subsequently recommended them to my Aunt who purchased a new Toyota Yaris and my Mom who them. They have a non pushy sales attitude, which I like and subsequently recommended them to my Aunt who purchased a new Toyota Yaris and my Mom who purchased a seventeen-thousand dollar used Cadillac. The vehicles I purchased before were a 2005 Pewter Chevy Tahoe and a 2007 Toyota Tundra. The Tahoe had a noise that begun every time I turned on the air conditioner immediately after I had purchased it and I had to take it in to the service department four times in one month because their contracted non-Toyota mechanic shop (Youngs) never fixed it. It was a harrowing experience and very frustrating, but they took care of it without charging me. We never had a problem with the 2007 Toyota Tundra and we enjoyed it very much. I traded in my Tahoe for a 2009 Nissan Cube through McGavock Nissan because I loved the little car when it first came out. McGavock was a horrible sales experience and so when we had to make the decision to buy another car, I went back to Street Toyota. The decision to buy another car was out of necessity, my husband had to leave for work in Saudi Arabia and since funding was going to be low for a few months, I wanted to buy a cheap car and trade in my Cube, so I wouldn't have a payment. My 2009 Nissan Cube had 40,000 miles on it and Street Toyota gave me 2500 more than I owed on it towards a 1999 Honda Passport with approximately 143,000 miles on it with a sales price of 4,996. I put down 1,500 dollars and we bought the car. My husband left for Saudi Arabia and two weeks after I bought the car I was traveling alone to Dallas with my three small children when I noticed that the oil light started to blink. It was Sunday and I thankfully found a Nasa Auto parts store that was open and the gentlemen there showed me where to place the oil in the engine. He was surprised that the engine took four quarts of oil because the max amount for that engine according to the car specification is five. In other words, the car is leaking, or burning oil through the exhaust. The car is worthless and unreliable. I have to constantly check the oil amount and in a month I have put 20 quarts of oil in it. I called David Saied, my salesman, and he said he would look for another car to try and trade even with, but its been over two weeks and I haven't been contacted again. I contacted him in the third week and they had not found anything to trade me with. I have three small children, my husband is in Saudi Arabia and I am scared that my car I bought from Street Toyota a month ago is going to stop working and I have no recourse. After being a faithful return consumer, this is how I have been treated. It is disappointing and frustrating. The buying experience is fine, but don't buy a used car from Street Toyota, their service department does not check it and you might as well buy from a small dealership on Amarillo Blvd because there is no difference in reassurance of quality.
