Don't trust the salesmen My wife and I bought 2 cars from here years ago perhaps 15 or so years ago. I wasn't impressed with the service then and tried to convince my wife to My wife and I bought 2 cars from here years ago perhaps 15 or so years ago. I wasn't impressed with the service then and tried to convince my wife to go somewhere else but this is where she wanted to go. When we came in to the sales room we waited a hour before anyone spoke to us and then wait 30 or more minutes longer before we got to a salesmen. Filled out a review told them how things went down here and we would be given a free tank of gas for our troubles, never got that or he's d back from them again. While buying the car we were told the first 3 oil changes were free. Well got to the first oil change drove down from Coalville and was told that we don't have the free oil changes and that we weren't told that we did. I know I was told because I knew I would have to drive down from Coalville to get the oil changed. Customer service here is not good go someplace else to buy a VW. Update: I should have done this sooner but I was so upset with this place I needed to just not think about it for a while. I had mentioned that we had been told our first 3 oil changes were free and when I got there was then told that wasn't part of the deal, well the service department was very nice about it and told me that they would just charge it to the sales department and did it for free, I then talked to the salesmen that sold us the car and he told me that it was only with the maintenance package that you got oil changes,while my wife and I clearly remember him telling us that we would still get the oil changes even without the maintenance package. He asked what he could do to make it right, told him that he had said we would get 3 oil changes and that was what I wanted. Instead of trying to do anything to make it right he got what I can only assume is the sales manager who brought out our paper work to show me we didn't have the maintenance package ( which I already knew) and tell me even if I was told that I should have gotten it in writing. My suggestion is if you go here record the whole thing and make sure anything you are promised is in writing. Do not assume that the salesmen is honest and will stick to what you are told. Once you've bought your car from them all bets per off. I still say go someplace else whatever the deal is here I bet you can find it somewhere else. More

Our New Passat I was recently in a car accident as was in need of a new car. We had a VW CC that we had purchased 6 months ago from another dealer.
