After I purchased my vehicle which is I had a great service all along. The dealer offers free vip package after purchasing the vehicle, but they won’t give it to you, unless you them 5 stars and make a service all along. The dealer offers free vip package after purchasing the vehicle, but they won’t give it to you, unless you them 5 stars and make a video about how was my experience, and that’s when I felt treatment switched to being unprofessional. I felt like I was being forced to do that if I want the vip package. I asked nicely not to make the video and that I’ll give a 5 star review, they insisted that I won’t be able to get the vip package if I don’t make the video, then I asked if not to post the video which is clearly, they don’t care and they posted it. So to anyone buying from this dealer, make sure when they offer the vip package, you are ok of making a hideous and lame video about your experience. More

David Keith at Strong Volkswagen was an exceptional salesman. Incredibly personable and informative. We recently went to a different dealership in the area and we felt that the interaction was disingen salesman. Incredibly personable and informative. It was such a great change to feel comfortable to trust David with helping us make the right choice. The paperwork process was also pretty seamless and did not take our whole entire evening to complete. I would highly suggest coming to Strong Used Cars and asking for him if you have the chance. More
