Great fair service My wife took our Jetta in for a major issue with the fuel system and met with chip Bryson. I was working out of town and was a little nervous sending her to the dealer on her own but was pleasantly surprised when she got home and called me and told that she had been treated very well and was respected by chip and not treated like some uninformed women who they didn't want to be bothered by. Chip was very courteous and informative when he called me on the phone to keep me up to date on the repair and went to bat for me on a warranty issue. I would highly recommend both Chip and the mechanic who stayed late and finished my repair before it was actually promised. Thanks to both of them for the great experience that we had at strongs. They also inflate labor costs - I've done some price checking, and their costs are typically 10 to 20 percent higher than others. Didn't buy just service Brian Edwards in service treated me very fairly. I just moved to the state and have a lot of moving expenses racked up. My car was going to cost a lot to repair and told him my situation. He advised me,honestly, that it was not an easy job and told me what all had to be done. The parts department lady was great too when I bought the part. They were both very simpathetic to my situation and treated me fairly. I am going to attempt the project on my own and hopefully save some money that was otherwise spent. Thanks Brian and lady from parts (sorry didn't get your name).
