I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change as a first time user of the service department. I was looking for a new place to have my vehicle serviced as I was not very satisfied with a dealership I previo time user of the service department. I was looking for a new place to have my vehicle serviced as I was not very satisfied with a dealership I previously used. I told the service writer why I was looking for a new service provider and I also gave him a factory sponsored discount coupon for the oil change. The good news, the service was completed quickly The bad news the waiting room needed a carpet and furnishing refresh years ago. When I was directed to the cashier's window to pay my invoice, no discount had been applied, and the cashier knew nothing about it. After a long discussion she took it upon herself to apply the discount. Additionally, I was not told where to find my vehicle. On my way out I stopped at the service writers' station to give him feedback on my experience and he did not seem to care. I will not use this dealership again! More
