Normally, I would have all kind things to say about the dealership, however, I’ve had so many issues with the car, and the latest wasn’t an issue with the car, just poor quality work. I reached out to the dealership, however, I’ve had so many issues with the car, and the latest wasn’t an issue with the car, just poor quality work. I reached out to the dealership 3 times to speak with the service manager and he never called back. Eventually, I just called back the service representative who usually handles my car and he took care of the issue immediately. The problem is the poor quality of work is not the fault of the service representative, it was an issue that needed to be addressed by the manager. But thanks for NOT being accountable Strosnider. VERY disappointed in the customer service of the leadership at Strosnider, but I guess they fit in with poor leadership across the board. More
