Had a nine am apt to fix tire pressure sensor Finally got out two and half hours later. Was told they were behind in fixing things. I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Strosnider Chevrolet. I had an appointment scheduled for 9:30 AM, but my car was not finished until after 2:00 PM. I was informed that four mechanics Strosnider Chevrolet. I had an appointment scheduled for 9:30 AM, but my car was not finished until after 2:00 PM. I was informed that four mechanics had called out that day, which I understand can happen, but as a paying customer, I do not feel that the impact on customers was handled well. This is not the first time I’ve experienced excessive wait times here. On a previous visit, my son had a 7:30 AM appointment, and his truck wasn’t completed until after 5:00 PM. That kind of delay is extremely frustrating. For my visit, I only needed a state inspection, oil change, and tire rotation, services that should not take around six hours to complete. While I understand some repairs can be time consuming, this level of delay for routine maintenance is unacceptable. Overall, the repeated long wait times have made my experiences here very frustrating, and I hope the dealership can improve scheduling and communication in the future. More
