I Just bought my truck on 31 July, Shaun Carmichael was my Salesman. The dealership contacted me as soon as I reached out about a vehicle and sent me two videos about the truck. I got my car in January and the salesman was ok even though I had to go back a few times for things he missed. Not a huge deal, it happens. But, I got an additional warranty and needed to use it to g though I had to go back a few times for things he missed. Not a huge deal, it happens. But, I got an additional warranty and needed to use it to get a new key fob. I had to go back there 3 times because 1-no one ordered it when I asked, 2-they ordered the wrong fob, 3-they never reordered it when I asked. In addition, no one even called me when the wrong one came in (I finally called them), they made ME call the warranty (that THEY sold me) to see if it was a covered item, and lastly, I called to see if the correct one had come in yet and the guy in service said he wanted to be sure it wasn't in before he ordered it again and said he'd call me the next day and GUESS WHAT?? No call. I also waited for a scheduled oil change for an hour and 1/2 and when I finally asked about it it seemed pretty obvious that they had forgotten me. I SCHEDULED IT!! I was patient then but I am DONE!! I'm switching to the one in Chester. Not only ridiculous but the service guy doesn't even care that he has lost me because it was pretty obvious last time we talked that I had had enough. More

Poor customer service. Made an appointment and was confirmed, when I showed up no one even knew to expect me. Was handled by a sales person whose attention was divided by other customers. Was also given the impression that they DID NOT try everything they could to get me a vehicle. And the end resulting attitude was "Oh well. so sorry", They do not live up to the core values they advertise and care less about the customer and more about the bottom line. I have had much better experiences from grocery clerks. I think they need to own up to the face that they are a mediocre dealership who does the bare minimum. More
