During the snow the other week, wipers on our 2016 terrain stopped working took it out to dealership that morning. They was not open yet left vehicle and a note, later that morning Brock called said i terrain stopped working took it out to dealership that morning. Impeccable service! They scheduled me the same-day. I brought in an off-brand make (from what they sell) and they were very up-front and cautioned me about a potential lack of results which shows that th brought in an off-brand make (from what they sell) and they were very up-front and cautioned me about a potential lack of results which shows that they care more about the customer than the sale. They did exactly as I requested. The service Manager was informative and very knowledgeable. They fixed my problem and also at a low cost. This is my second pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them for your service needs. More
