I just had a very bad experience with Stykemain Chevrolet. I called the dealership a week ago last Saturday to look at a new 2021 Silverado Custom they had advertised on their website. I was told b Chevrolet. I called the dealership a week ago last Saturday to look at a new 2021 Silverado Custom they had advertised on their website. I was told by the salesperson that this vehicle was not at the dealership because it was being used as a loaner for someone. I was told the vehicle would be returned to the dealership on Thursday and I could come see it then. I received a text message from the salesperson Thursday morning that he would call me as soon as the vehicle was in. I waited to hear something all day but did not receive a call. On Friday I called the dealership and asked for the salesperson I had been dealing with. I was told that this salesperson was no longer with the dealership. I asked for another salesperson and explained the entire situation. I was told the vehicle was still not available but was supposed to be returned yet that afternoon. I was assured that they would call me as soon as it came in and would hold it for me. I finally received a text today that one the salespeople had sold the truck this morning. What????? I had been waiting for a week to see this truck, was told it was not in and they would hold it for me when it came back in and now it’s sold???? I called and asked for the sales manager and was told he was not available. Called for the owner and was told he was not in. Not sure what is going on at this dealership but I was treated very unfairly. Be very careful if you choose to do business with this dealership. More

He was able to complete mostly everything over the phone so when I arrived I was able to sign and get back on the road home quickly ever experienced!
