Surprising! When I first was looking to buy a Subaru WRX, I came here & had rude customer service from the sales person. That was over a year ago & I never cared When I first was looking to buy a Subaru WRX, I came here & had rude customer service from the sales person. That was over a year ago & I never cared for this dealership but then I took it in for an oil change because riverside couldn’t take me at the time & honestly I was so surprised with the amazing customer service I received! I was helped by 3 different people one was a girl who was kinda tall & light brown hair she’s the sweetest person & super friendly I also had a new person help me & he couldn’t finish helping me but he definitely is trying hard & apologized for it which is totally fine! & another service person who directed me on where to go! I will definitely try to come here more often as my first choice for service over Riverside because last time I went to them I had a horrible experience so thanks Ontario service team for changing my mind on the visit! More

First time customer Had first oil change on 2017 Forester (don't drive all that much). Service time was acceptable and would have been quicker had I used Express Service. They also washed my Forester as part of the service. My 2017 Forester was purchased in Fullerton, but dealership was sold, so I decide to take it to Ontario Subaru - Glad I did! More
