He made genuinely useful suggestions that didn't have an agenda behind them. Everything he said was accurate and truthful, and I was never pressured, hassled or talked-down-to. I ended up ordering and waiting for a Forester with the features I wanted at the price I wanted. I met Vince for the first time when I picked it up. There were no last-minute unpleasant surprises. I couldn't be happier with my new Forester and with Vince's help! More
