This was the second time I arrived in 2 weeks because the first I’d been told I was going to be given a loner and could not stay. Actual service by the dealer was great and on time. Would highly recommend going here although maybe Subaru needs to iron out some of their processes so customers aren’t promised something over the phone the dealer can’t fulfill. More

So, I had an up close look and was sold. Twelve hours later I drove my new Ascent Limited off the lot, The sales and financial people were very helpful without being aggressive, and there was no hard-sell of the usual add-ons (extended warranties, accessories, etc.), and more importantly, the numbers on the contract, including a generous trade in allowance, were exactly as promised.
