The staff needs to smile more. The exterior of the car was not washed. Test drive did not allow me to really see how the car handles. Pricing was okay. I was searching for a 2013 5-door WRX in Charlotte. I called several dealerships and many said that this car would have to be ordered through a dealership and would take up to 10 weeks to deliver. I called Subaru South with a competing offer (which was below the local average from online research) and asked if they could match the price. Chris Stone was willing to match the price and also said they could get me a car within 3 days! I was straight forward with what I was looking for and they were able to get the car that I wanted. Chris did everything he could and filled my requests in a very timely fashion, with also giving me straight forward answers to questions. During my search for a new car, I feared walking into dealerships, having to go through the haggling process and having dealers call me for days afterwards. Not at Subaru South. He was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable with the dealership. I have been very happy with my experience with Subaru South, including price and customer service. I visited the dealership after looking at their website. Patrick was who i spoke with on the phone before visiting. When I arrived I was greeted by a wonderful, friendly man (Patrick).
