Carlos Otero is the BOMB.COM I decided to look for a certified used Outback. I had the Impreza hatchback and with my growing family it just wasn't big enough any longer. Aside f I decided to look for a certified used Outback. I had the Impreza hatchback and with my growing family it just wasn't big enough any longer. Aside from more room, I also needed a roof rack, a hitch for towing a light trailer and additional storage space. I had purchased my Impreza at this Subaru location and had such a wonderful experience there that I decided to check here first again. Low and behold I linked up with Carlos and got a smokin' deal. We've all grown to abhor the car buying experience because we expect a certain level of dishonesty and hoodwinking from the outset. The moment I walked into the store and met my Sales Associate Morgan, I could tell something was different. Morgan is the epitome of customer service! This gentleman went above and beyond. Not only finding the best deal possible but one the exceed my expectations as well. He kept me informed during the whole process and showed concern for everything happening in my personal life as well. I did not feel like I was working with a sales associate but rather a friend. This is not a "dealership". This is a family. Their sole interest is finding you what you want, for the best deal possible and making sure you receive the best customer service along the way. This stores' milieu is so friendly and inviting that it's almost palpable! They want you to become a part of the family as well. So after extensive research we decided to buy a Subaru. We were nervous about going to a car dealership as our previous buying experiences at another dealership had been stressful and difficult. After reading online reviews we decided to visit the Subaru Superstore in Chandler. From the moment we arrived we felt comfortable at the dealership. Seth the salesman came out to greet us. What we really appreciated is that he gave us the time and space to browse on our own then when we had questions he answered them all. At no time during the buying process did we feel pressured which was a big deal for us. Once Seth helped us decided on our new car (we went with the Outback) the process went very smoothly. We met Christine who gave us a thorough overview of the vehicle. Kim in finance then helped us get our loan squared away. Kim was friendly, efficient and helpful. Christine then took us to our new car and gave us a lesson in how to use the electronics etc. This was extremely helpful! They also offered us a new car owner orientation program to attend which is a wonderful idea. We highly recommend this dealership due to the friendly and knowledgeable staff.
