Best car buying experience I've ever had! I was looking for a reliable, low mileage, used car for my teenage son. He found one online and we stopped at the dealership to see it. Unfortunately I was looking for a reliable, low mileage, used car for my teenage son. He found one online and we stopped at the dealership to see it. Unfortunately we were not able to at the time because it had just come in and was still being serviced. The salesperson, Mike Wray, told us he would call as soon as it was available. He called a few times to keep us updated on the status. I was impressed that he didn't leave us hanging and kept in contact with us. When the car was available, Mike called and we immediately came down to the dealership. To be honest, I knew nothing about Subaru's and wasn't all that interested in purchasing this particular vehicle but promised my son I would at least look at it. Mike asked if I was familiar with Subaru and when I said no, he lit up like a Christmas tree and said "Well let me tell you about Subaru's!" I had already done some homework on safety but when he was finished, I was completely sold! We were able to work out a deal and I purchased the car. I've never met anyone so knowledgeable and dedicated to a brand. Mike was awesome! I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new or used car. I had been looking for this car for months And in the months of looking Subaru superstore was the first one of many dealerships around the nation...",yes nation because I was looking all over the US":))... to list this car for a fair price with amazingly low miles in great condition!!I knew I could not miss this opportunity so I emailed Subaru superstore and within 30 minutes I got an email and a phone call both from Jack Callaghan:) ..Jack was super helpful very informative friendly willing to help you as best as he could he never pressured me and I explain my situation and about how they have the car I been looking for but that I lived over 700 mile away in Tahoe! Jack completely understood my situation And help me get the car that I have always wanted a day later he made it possible and I was on a plane to Arizona to pick up my car.
