Subaru world Of Newton, does an amazing job. Ed my service advisor is amazing. I have been using him for the last two years for all of my service appointments. I cannot ask for a better service Ed my service advisor is amazing. I have been using him for the last two years for all of my service appointments. I cannot ask for a better service advisor. He goes above and beyond to help me with all my updates and services.. everyone at this dealership does an amazing job. I have purchased four cars through this dealership for my wife and myself. They are more like family now than a dealership as long as nothing changes I will always go to Subaru world Of Newton and hopefully Ed will always be there for my service advising. More

My new car with 3,000 miles on it wouldn’t start I jumped started it took it to Subaru of Newton check engine light on car was sounding funny they agreed to look at it but wouldn’t give me a loaner so I coul started it took it to Subaru of Newton check engine light on car was sounding funny they agreed to look at it but wouldn’t give me a loaner so I could go to work or a ride home or at least to a bus stop I had to walk all the way home even though there were 7 loaner cars in parking lot poor customer service if u ask me especially when it was there products fault not mine More
