BEWARE, UNETHICAL, THIEVES When we purchased our new Subaru, after negotiating the price and waiting for the car to come in, this dealership upped the price by $1500, a bait and When we purchased our new Subaru, after negotiating the price and waiting for the car to come in, this dealership upped the price by $1500, a bait and switch. We should have walked away then. But we bought the car anyway, and also an extended service contract, of which Subaru of Bend did not come through on their end, and took $1500 from us and refused to reimburse us as verbally promised. The service department also told us that there were things wrong with our car which were not true. Beware of this dealership. They are unethical, will lie to your face, and have a longstanding reputation as such in this town. The owner, Matt Thomas will lie to your face and look you in the eye. More
