Not a perfect experience We're happy with the car and the deal. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and interested but not pushy. We had negotiated this new car purchase from 200 miles away as this dealer had the only car in the state equipped exactly as we wanted When we, as promised, arrived in Bend the car had 230 miles on it and was very dirty inside and out. That was a real downer for someone expecting a shiny new car. The staff cleaned it up nicely for us (poor job on the windows) and after a test drive we did the paperwork and headed home to the Oregon Coast. There were some financial loose ends in our favor and the dealership failed to overnight a check to us as promised, and failed to return several subsequent phone calls we made. That was very frustrating and gave us the impression, because we were 200 miles from Bend, that the dealership thought we could safely be ignored. We did eventually receive the check. Thayne, our salesman, made a nice follow up call, who referred a warranty question to a colleague who hasn't returned our call. But all's well that ends well, and despite some rough spots, I would recommend Suburu of Bend. More

In reality it was only 8 weeks or so which we expected and was simply the manufacturing timeline from Subaru of America. Once our car was shipped from the plant, Jeff and the crew at Subaru of Bend did everything they could to expedite the delivery and get our keys to us ASAP. I recommend checking them out, super friendly and helpful staff and a great service dept. We went in with a specific car and options in mind so it was an easy process, in the past when we've gone in to check out the new models or have service done to our '12 Outback, we've never felt pressured or harassed to buy, they've always been happy to just show you the new stuff and answer questions you may have. I haven't needed service yet on our new car but every time I had our '12 in they were always prompt and friendly. They even noticed a manufacturing flaw in one of the side mirrors glass before we took delivery of our new Outback and had ordered the replacement part before it was even a hassle for me. They strive to go above and beyond and do what it takes to get the job done, I've always felt that customer satisfaction was a high priority for them. They'll be taking care of all the service needs for our new car for years to come. Check them out. More

Our experience was first rate We special ordered a 15 Subaru Outback Limited using the Costco car program. We were told it would take 9-12 weeks and it arrived in 8. Jeff Mayernik was our salesperson and spent several hours with us when the car came in to explain every part of the car to us and set everything up as we wanted. We got the exact car we wanted at the price quoted without hassle from two very excellent people at the dealership. We were very happy with our experience there. More
