I gave such great reviews, because I had such a great and comforting experience purchasing a new car. I purchased the new BRZ and was very excited about the car and Subaru of Cherry Team really kept my excit comforting experience purchasing a new car. I purchased the new BRZ and was very excited about the car and Subaru of Cherry Team really kept my excitement up through the entire process. They had to order the car, because I was very specific on what I wanted and they had the car at their lot within two days! I requested minor details about the car and they followed every last detail. They offered me a fair price for the trade-in. I only sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes where I was offered coffee, soda, water and a snack while all my paper work was being filled out. The manager who went over the final numbers was honest and explained everything as this is my first "new" car. More
Went to Cherry Hill Subaru to check out the Subaru BRZ, they had exactly what I was looking for, Terry Gilligan was an excellent sales representative, no pressure, signed the papers and within two hours a they had exactly what I was looking for, Terry Gilligan was an excellent sales representative, no pressure, signed the papers and within two hours and took the car home! Went into Suburu Cherry Hill to test drive and potentially buy, the Suburu Crosstrek. Randy promptly greeted us and within minutes we were on the road test driving the Crosstrek. Randy was incredibly helpful in explaining the car's features and answering any questions that we had. We were quoted a very fair price (we compared prices prior to going in, with the average price paid by consumers in our area). The price we got was actually lower than the average. It was so nice to not have to haggle or feel we were being duped. The process was incredibly smooth and so far we love the Crosstrek! Will definitely go back to Randy if we're in the market for another Suburu. More

I had done my homework and knew price, features etc. I had been at another dealership and had done a test drive comparing the Forester to the Crosstrek. The cars had already sold themselves to me based on that, so when I walked into the showroom that Saturday I was scoping out colors. I was treated fairly, like a person, not condensending to a "woman", that has happened at other dealerships. Based on the rapport of that first experience, I choose to buy my car from Cherry Hill Subaru which is 30 miles from my home instead of the dealerships closer to where I live. No question was un answered and at no time were they in a hurry to get "the deal" over with. It left me feelling like a long term relationship was about to begin. More
I came in to this dealership looking for a new car. Nick was very helpful in helping me identify the right car for my needs. Unfortunately Nick was away for training when I went back to test drive the car and hopefully close the deal, so he set me up with another salesman. That other salesman was busy with another customer when I arrived so Rich filled in and took me for a test drive. I immediately could tell he was disinterested and wanted nothing to do with me. We went for a test drive and Rich did not explain anything about the vehicle and very abruptly answered any questions I had. I did not feel comfortable. When we returned to talk about prices and financing he was still very difficult and abrupt but slowly warmed up towards the end. The real problems I had were after I left, requesting them to find me a very specific color, model and trim. They said they had located a few vehicles in the area and would work for a dealer swap. I put the request in on Friday and they contacted me on Monday to say they had found the car and it would be delivered to them that afternoon. They called me back a few hours later to explain that there was a "miscommunication" between dealers and they did not have the car the other dealership was expecting, so the deal was off and the car I wanted drove back to the original dealership. Hearing this news I was so confused and frustrated. It just seems so unprofessional to have a miscommunication of this magnitude and that they weren't able to work a deal to keep my car on their lot. They then said "no worries, no worries, we will find you the right car, we just need time". This was unacceptable, so I went to Miller Subaru in Mount Holly and they were so incredibly warm and welcoming and helped me get into the exact car I wanted in less than 24hours. Cherry Hill Subaru just didn't seem like they wanted to sell me the car and continued to make excuses why they couldn't get me the car I wanted. If you have a choice I would find a more interested dealership that wants to help their customers into the car they want. More
I ultimately purchased my Subaru from Nick because of how genuine he was. He, unlike all other dealers I had spoken to elsewhere, did not push me to purchase. I was worried about missing out on a financing deal that was ending and instead of jumping on that and encouraging me to make a purchase before I was ready, he alleviated my concerns by showing me the ranges of interest rates that would likely be a part of the next financing deal. He was also great at getting me a good deal once I brought in a competing offer from another dealership. More
Nick went out of his way to show me everything about the car. His follow up was excellent ! I would never recommend a legacy to anyone but that is the car, not the saleman. This car-buying experience was excellent, and worth the travel. We knew exactly what we wanted, and Terry listened well, was professional, knowledgeable and responsive to us. The dealership did not have the exact car (model, features, color) that I wanted and Terry committed to trying to find one elsewhere and to accomplish a dealer trade in the short timeframe we were seeking. We agreed to what we believe to be a good price, and one that was lower than another dealer had claimed was the "absolute best deal possible." Terry contacted us when he said he would, and came through with the right car. I was pleased that once the deal was negotiated, there were no games played regarding "extras" or other hard sells when it was time to pick up the car. As I woman buying the car, but accompanied by my husband during the initial visit, I also appreciated being treated respectfully and addressed as the primary car buyer during all discussions. More
