We pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service and we do not often run into less than satisfactory experiences with our customers. It is good to hear that your communication with Nick was positive. He reached out several times to meet with you for a second visit regarding your vehicle of interest. When you did come in to gain more information and possibly close a deal, we did not mean for your experience with Rich to be unpleasant. Rich is one of our most knowledgeable and capable sales consultants. He is the #1 sales consultant in an eight state region with top reviews on this very site. If he appeared disinterested during the beginning of your visit, I know that was not his intention. His primary interest is to make sure each and every customer leaves satisfied with the vehicle that they desire. I am glad to hear his friendliness during the latter part of your visit made you feel more comfortable. Regarding the dealer trade, I can assure you that of the 30-50 dealer trades that take place each month, we have had almost no issues. The 1 – 2 issues that do occur per year are usually beyond our control because the other dealer sells the car. We rectify the situation by acquiring another trade within 24 hours or less. I’m positive that we could get you the vehicle from another dealer within that timeframe. I am an involved and interested owner. I am here almost every single day and my priority is customer satisfaction. I was here when you bought your All-Weather Floor Mats from Subaru of Cherry Hill the day after you purchased your vehicle and I appreciate your allowing us to serve you. I hope that we’ll have the chance to help you with other purchases in addition to your mats that you bought…whether it is for additional accessories, service, or a future Subaru. You will not find a ā€œmore interested dealerā€ than Subaru of Cherry Hill. We wouldn’t be the largest volume Subaru dealer in South Jersey if we were not interested.
