I've gone to several other Subaru dealers in the past, and was not happy with the service. Steve Brady's service, on the other hand, is exactly what would have me coming back to Cherry Hill Subar past, and was not happy with the service. Steve Brady's service, on the other hand, is exactly what would have me coming back to Cherry Hill Subaru. He was thoughtful, friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about the car. I never felt like I was being talked down to (sadly, a common problem for me, being a woman), or pressured. I also felt that I got a fair price for the trade in of my old Subaru. Even though it was very late once the car was purchased (after the 9 PM closing time), Steve was happy to walk us through all of the car's features, including offering to set up our bluetooth. I also appreciated that Steve was unlike any salesperson I've worked with before. In addition to the typical attributes of a good saleperson (such as the ones I described above) he was sincere, genuine, completely trustworthy, and on the quiet side. These aspects of his character were unusual and very refreshing. I would recommend that Subaru hire more people like Steve. More
