Courtney Simon went the extra miles needed to get me into a Subaru Forester at a price I was comfortable with. She spent about 5 hours with me test driving 2 vehicles until I could decide on which one I wanted to buy. Before I left, she reviewed the bells and whistles and how to use them which was a great help. I did not feel pressured in any way and felt like she had my best interest in mind when helping me decide. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and helpful with no pressure. I bought my 2018 WRX brand new two years ago from Subaru of Clear Lake, and the buying process was the worst. It was so bad, my girlfriend and I drove an hour and a half away to another Subaru dealer to pu of Clear Lake, and the buying process was the worst. It was so bad, my girlfriend and I drove an hour and a half away to another Subaru dealer to purchase her a brand new Outback. Took my car for the first service at Clear Lake dealer, and again I had a pretty bad experience. So for the next year and a half or so we would always take our cars 1 1/2 hours away to get service done. Due to the storms, and my girlfriends dead battery we were pretty much forced to use the Clear Lake dealers service department...and boy did y’all make a turnaround!! We couldn’t have been more pleased with every aspect of our experience up there today!! I was supposed to be my girlfriends ride, and ended up getting the oil service done on my car as well...and they took care of it in a timely manner without even having an appointment. Excellent job guys! You are doing so much better!! We WILL be returning in the future! More
