We were greeted immediately by River who took a look at the problem and assigned the car to a service person. When we called to find out the status of our car, Ethan went to check to see how it was going the problem and assigned the car to a service person. When we called to find out the status of our car, Ethan went to check to see how it was going and gave us an estimate as to when it would be ready. Shanna at check out was friendly and wanted to see our dog that was causing alarms in the truck that brought us to pick up our car. We love people who love dogs. More
