Nicholas was great and so helpful on the phone when I called a week before. I felt the lot of choices especially in the second hand vehicles was a bit depleted. Other than this fact it was a gre called a week before. I felt the lot of choices especially in the second hand vehicles was a bit depleted. Other than this fact it was a great experience. Had an appointment but had to wait over an hour for the oil change and tire rotation to be completed. Then I was charged $132.79 for service that I was told there would be no charge for. Meredith overheard oil change and tire rotation to be completed. Then I was charged $132.79 for service that I was told there would be no charge for. Meredith overheard my conversation and listened to my recorded call to make the appointment and ended up crediting my charges. I commend her for this but I will look elsewhere for future oil changes as that is way overpriced. On my previous 2020 Forester, with the old dealership, I was paying $50.00 for an oil change and free tire rotation because I got the tires there. The new ownership is running off customers as I tried to negotiate a deal in Columbia for my new 2025 Forester,.but ended up going to Lou Fusz in St. Peters and saved around $2,000.00. Not bad for a short drive down I-70. On my last Forester, the service department didn't top off the fluids on multiple visits so the anti-freeze got too low which caused a problem that had to be repaired. The service guy told me it had evaporated and I said I have owned cars for 50 years and it had never evaporated before. I Googled it and found out that anti-freeze rarely evaporates. I don't like it when guys think I am so stupid that I am going to believe anything they tell me. And the windshield washer fluid was low as well. I can't say that I would recommend the service department but they are the closest for me to use. They also adjusted the passenger seat on this visit so that it was all the way back. You asked my feedback, and there you have some of it!! Thanks for listening!! More

Overall my experience with the dealership has been positive in the 10 years I've owned my Forester. I don't like being charged a "diagnostic fee" anytime I'm getting something other than routine work positive in the 10 years I've owned my Forester. I don't like being charged a "diagnostic fee" anytime I'm getting something other than routine work done. I have noted that the lug nuts on my driver front tire have come loose after the last two tire rotations, causing me concern they're not being adjusted to the correct torque following rotation. This has resulted in lug nuts coming so loos they have been within 1/2 turn of completely coming off the bolt. More
