Do not take your car to be serviced here! !! Took my BRAND NEW Forester here for its first oil change, and they didn't close the oil pan plug all the way. Oil leaked out of my car and blew bac !! Took my BRAND NEW Forester here for its first oil change, and they didn't close the oil pan plug all the way. Oil leaked out of my car and blew back all over the underneath of the vehicle. By the time I discovered the problem there was a pool of oil in my garage and no oil left in my car. Had to tow my vehicle to a oil change place and they found what they did to my car. Look at the pictures!! Dealership's only solution was to give me the phone number to Subaru's roadside assistance. I live over an hour away!!! This did me no good!!! As if I would let this dealership touch my car again!!! When I tried to call to speak to a manager, they sent me to someone's voicemail. When I call back again to explain what happened, they hung up on me. They have no idea what they put me through today, and they do not care either. Subaru corporate is going to hear about this for sure. More

Had a challenging battery draw problem and a high oil pan leak both were diagnosed at recent visit on my outback 2020 that was outside warranty. Pretty disappointing but calling Subaru advocate and having Co leak both were diagnosed at recent visit on my outback 2020 that was outside warranty. Pretty disappointing but calling Subaru advocate and having Corey help together we created a viable plan. I was so impressed with service, rental car and repairs. Fortunately, majority was covered under warranty. What a wonderful outcome to a diagnosis that was highly expensive and caught early. Appreciate the outstanding work done by all. Really stellar job and would encourage Service at Corvallis Subaru. Additionally, remember the Subaru advocate program. Thank you. More
