And each time, it wasn't the car that turned us off, it was the customer service. My partner and I met quite a few car dealers with less-than-friendly demeanors, ill-fitting suits, and "hey dude" types of attitudes. That really didn't work for us. Basically, we didn't feel comfortable, and they didn't try to make us feel comfortable. Which is odd when our demographic is known to have above-average salaries, no children, a passion for quality cars, and very healthy disposable incomes. Then we met Yasmine Armanios at Town Motors. We felt comfortable and welcome with her right from the start. She was straight-forward, inquisitive, and had a great sense of humor. She's like a car dealer's version of the best PFLAG supporter you've ever met. Sure, we were looking for a car with the right appearance, performance, and price; but you can find that at any dealership. More importantly, we found a car dealer that was knowlegeable, witty, and accepting. And that's why we chose to work with Yasmine at Town Motors.
