I purchased my Subaru here a couple of years ago and have used them for all of my vehicle’s service needs since then. Last year, I also bought a brand-new set of tires from the dealership. Recently, after driving, one of my tires suddenly went completely flat—likely due to a puncture. Fortunately, I was near a gas station, so I filled it with air and carefully drove it straight to the dealership. Since the tires were still under warranty, I brought it in expecting the repair to be covered. I was initially told that although the tire was punctured and still under warranty, the claim would not be honored because I had “driven on it while flat.” I was very disappointed by this decision and felt it was unfair, especially as a loyal customer. However, the service advisor, Sophia, was extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire interaction. She listened to my concerns, brought my reasoning back to management, and ultimately returned with the great news that the dealership would honor the warranty and replace the tire at no cost. I truly appreciate the dealership reconsidering their position, and I especially want to commend Sophia for her professionalism, communication, and customer care. She made a frustrating situation end on a very positive note. More
I traded in my 2022 Subaru outback Limited, edition XT and purchased the 2025 model as I found out they were changing the body styles in 2026 thanks to Anthony Landers. I love this body style and decided I wanted to keep it so I traded it in purchased a new one. I bought my first one from Anthony in 2022 and Anthony is now on thw finance team. He made this process extremely easy I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with my brand new car and Allan was great with showing me some of the new features and letting me know that any questions that I had or came up with after I left that they are always available for me to call. I love Subaru of Gainesville. The customer service is fantastic and I look forward to continuing my relationship with them in the future when I need another car thanks so much guys Dayna Landers. After waiting five months to be notified that a needed part for a warranty repair had arrived, I called, discovered that they did have the necessary part and made an appointment for 10:30 am today. I arrived and waited several minutes for a service person to talk to me, but he told me I needed to talk to Sophia because she wrote the original order. I waited for another 5-10 minutes while she chatted with another customer. Finally the original person got me checked in rather than continuing to wait. I was told that it would be a three hour repair once they were "able to get to" my car. After waiting four hours the service wrote told me my car was finished, notes were being written and my car was being washed. After waiting another hour I finally went to the service desk and told them I had to leave and to forget washing the car. My paperwork and keys were just sitting on the desk in a piles of paperwork. The other interesting things is I sat near the sales floor for five hours and not a single salesperson greeted me. I had hoped to discuss trading my Ascent in for a new model. I'm thankful I didn't have the opportunity to arrange to buy a new Subaru at this dealer, I don't intend to EVER return. More
