I was buying a used VW GTI and traded in a Ford Focus. They gave me a great deal on my trade after only one round of negotiations. Rachel secured a loan for me that had a lower APR than my existing loan! I honestly didn't even try to negotiate a lower price on the used car I was buying because it was already thousands of dollars below KBB value. The employees here were all in a great mood and this experience was not a hassle to me at all. Tim even sent me home with a baggie of dog treats for my great dane who also sat in on the whole experience! Bravo and cheers to you all! More

Experienced Subaru mechanic solved all the problems. My 2002 Legacy had problems after a major repair by a local independent mechanic. I returned it to them and they insisted there was no problem. I took it to Gainesville Subaru and their mechanic Cliff found causes for the problems and repaired them. My car now runs better than it has in years. A good Subaru mechanic is worth his weight in gold. More
