After waiting five months to be notified that a needed part for a warranty repair had arrived, I called, discovered that they did have the necessary part and made an appointment for 10:30 am today. I arrived and waited several minutes for a service person to talk to me, but he told me I needed to talk to Sophia because she wrote the original order. I waited for another 5-10 minutes while she chatted with another customer. Finally the original person got me checked in rather than continuing to wait. I was told that it would be a three hour repair once they were "able to get to" my car. After waiting four hours the service wrote told me my car was finished, notes were being written and my car was being washed. After waiting another hour I finally went to the service desk and told them I had to leave and to forget washing the car. My paperwork and keys were just sitting on the desk in a piles of paperwork. The other interesting things is I sat near the sales floor for five hours and not a single salesperson greeted me. I had hoped to discuss trading my Ascent in for a new model. I'm thankful I didn't have the opportunity to arrange to buy a new Subaru at this dealer, I don't intend to EVER return. More

We recently purchased a 2023 pre-owned Subaru Outback Limited from Subaru of Gainesville. Our salesman Alan Rivas, along with Manager Freddy Gonzalez, were spectacular. Although we initially came into the dealership looking at a specific car, Alan was able to help us find an alternate one that better suited our preferences. Not only did they explain the process of purchase and trade-in, but made the entire process easy, stress free, and dare I say it, enjoyable! We have purchased many cars in the past (including 2 Outbacks), but this was by far our best experience at a dealership. I highly recommend Subaru of Gainesville for your new or used car needs, and especially Alan Rivas and Freddy Gonzales. More

I recently purchased a used Bronco from Subaru of Gainesville. I called, made an appointment with a young man by the name of Ben Griffith. The best part of the deal was the fact that he was smart eno Gainesville. I called, made an appointment with a young man by the name of Ben Griffith. The best part of the deal was the fact that he was smart enough to know that a vehicle like this isn't something you take on a typical test drive around town, or for 30 seconds of highway. Unlike every other test drive to date at other dealerships, he led me a little off the beaten path and allowed me to get at least a small taste of the offroad capabilities. Nobody buys a vehicle like this because they need a good road vehicle. I drove off the lot later that afternoon after a relatively painless purchasing experience. The only knock I could even remotely think up on this experience was that the new tag came in at the last second b4 the temp tag expired. Oh the horror! Overall, I would say this was as painless a purchase as I have had from any dealership I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend them. More
