I had an issue with the key not turning to the off position when the vehicle was placed in the Park position. My service agent though she recalled that issue and after looking it up found that it was position when the vehicle was placed in the Park position. Not only was the service completed in a timely manner but the out of pocket cost was zero. Can't beat that. More
