We didn't think we would find anything similar in the Georgetown area. We are pleased to have found that at Subaru of Georgetown. We have even bought a second Crosstrek from them. More

He also speaks Spanish, which was a huge plus to speed up the process. Thanks also to Dean R, who explained the whole process in detail with tons of patience. It was a really nice experience overall—these two guys rock! More
We purchased a new Forester from this dealership last year. Yesterday we brought it in for the 12,000 mile service and were very happy with the care and attention we received. The mechanic created a video for us explaining how to use a feature we weren’t using correctly, which was very helpful. Overall, our visit to the service department was an extremely positive one. I was there today 1/2/26 for an oil change and tire rotation. Mike brought it to my attention that I needed transmission fluid service. Everything was done in a timely manner and also got a car wash. A nice perk is the coffee bar and snacks. More

OK, I'll start with the slight negative, finding a spot just to park my car so I could even park it so I could go into the dealership, took some doing, but later found out that they are aware of that issue just to park my car so I could even park it so I could go into the dealership, took some doing, but later found out that they are aware of that issue and they have plans to build a parking garage and even redesign their dealership to give them more space. Once I was able to take care of parking, I went to the front desk and the two women there were very kind and got me a salesperson, Leo.I just wanted to test drive a certain vehicle. Wasn't long before Leo brought up the car I've already done research on. Leo was great, very down to earth and helpful. My back issues have taken a turn for the worse and my back was hurting before, during the time I drove up there in my Fit, and at the time of doing the test drive. I kid you NOT, by the end of my test drive, the pain in my back was gone. The Crosstrek Wilderness had such GREAT seat ergonomics with adjustable lumbar support. Leo then asked would you like to see the deal they can offer, and I said sure, as long as they can keep me for coming up with a reason to just drive back home with my beloved Honda Fit I had for over 11 years. For me, it wasn't a fast process, part of that is Leo and I had so many things in common, we'd often get off the subject of the deal itself. Even the dealing was fun. Because I've been SO busy way before getting there, I had no time to muck out my car just in case I bought one. Then I had more in it than usual because after retiring from my job recently, I didn't have the time to clear that all out that I had to clear out from my job I had. It turned out, I just couldn't pass up the year-end offers they made me, so I bought the vehicle. Poor Leo, he worked so hard taking all that crap from my fit and loading it into the Crosstrek. He never complained even though it was late then and the dealership was closed. That Georgetown dealership takes pride in their business and I could see they want people who treat the customer right. Sure, they're a business that has to make a profit, but they do it the old fashioned way, they earn it so they can keep it with the reputation of remembering who their customers are, their bread and butter so take care of them.
