On April 10th 2021 I purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback S 5I Limited. Rueben Rios was a most excellent dealer to work with. He may have saved my life literally with this one owner vehicle. Just recently got a new Subaru and it was my first time purchasing a new vehicle. I got help from Steve Paul here and he was amazing! Made the whole experience so easy and helped me every step of the way purchasing a new vehicle. I got help from Steve Paul here and he was amazing! Made the whole experience so easy and helped me every step of the way. He kept in touch about the exact car I was looking for and it really seemed like he was there to help me. Other dealerships I had checked previously were pushy and kinda rude, but Steve worked so hard to answer all my questions and was very caring the whole time! 10/10 will see him for any car needs down the road and recommend anyone else do the same More

My experience was not good and I will not go back! On 4-27-21 I went in to look at at a used 2014 For Flex with 135K miles and I realize I am not expecting the perfect car. The salesperson allowed me to 4-27-21 I went in to look at at a used 2014 For Flex with 135K miles and I realize I am not expecting the perfect car. The salesperson allowed me to test drive by myself, which was a great, no need for awkward chat with a stranger in close proximity. I spent 15 minutes of the test drive trying to turn the radio on, but was unsuccessful. Came back and told the salesperson this and she said that she would try and she could not turn on the radio. She had a technician try and he could not turn it on. I was thinking this was all user error and I would buy the car and figure it out later. Because she told me that the car had under gone a thorough inspection and things that needed to be fixed were, she even showed me the $700 the dealership had spent on the car to get it ready to sell. So after 3 long hours of waiting for a finance person, I bought the car. Under the stipulation that the sales rep would contact me the next day about the radio. The car was previously owned by one of managers mothers. So for these reasons I felt comfortable buying a car when the bluetooth and radio did not work. The next day after not hearing from the sales rep, I contacted her and she said the manager knew the radio did not work and said that because it was not a safety issue they did not repair it. I told them I did not want to own a car in which the radio did not work and I wanted to return the car. They agreed to allow me to return the car later that day after I was done with work. Since I really liked the car, I texted the sales rep later and asked if they would give me a discount off the sales price so that I could fix the radio myself and they agreed. I went in later that day and signed new paperwork with the discounted price due to the radio repair needed. As I backed out to leave, the car stalled, it took several try's to start again and when it did it died again. I walked back into the dealer and said this car has more issues than the radio and I wanted to return it. They agreed and said they would rip up the paperwork and I turned back in the keys. As they came out and tried to start the car they also had issues and the car eventually started, died again and one more attempt they managed to start the car long enough to make it to the shop area, I assume. So long story short, have a used vehicle inspected before you buy from a third party mechanic. Don't trust a car dealership, whose only goals are to sell a car and make a profit. More
