We purchased this 2020 crosstrek in 2022 from Georgetown Subaru. A few weeks ago the paint on the roof began chipping, then suddenly delaminated and completely rusted. I went in to see if they could do anyt Subaru. A few weeks ago the paint on the roof began chipping, then suddenly delaminated and completely rusted. I went in to see if they could do anything for us, and I’ve never been so mistreated. The salesman looked at me like I was an annoyance when I walked in, proceeded with an insulting line of questioning trying to pin the fault on me and interrupting me at every turn, then finally told me they “don’t handle body complaints here, call corporate.” Knowing I wouldn’t get any help from this person, I left and am pursuing other avenues. They didn’t even come out to look at the car, just looked out the window across the parking lot. No “sorry this happened,” or “I wish there was something we could do to help.” He basically told me to get lost. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. More

Erfan, our sales rep, came by and visited with us. DeeAnna, our Service Rep, brought the keys to yus and went over the paperwork of what was done, and let us know when the next oil change and checkup should be before walking us to the door. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and we left feeling like our business was appreciated. More
