Brought my subaru here when my normal dealership was not able to service my vehicle due to a 'fluid shortage'. Found the process to call get an appointment easy and was able to schedule an appointment qu able to service my vehicle due to a 'fluid shortage'. Found the process to call get an appointment easy and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Dropped off car in evening for next day service and they took care of my preventative maintenance needs and called to follow up what the multi point inspection showed. (This is exceptional because some places will only send you a video that you may or may not understand what is needed and it really is great customer service to have the ability to talk to your client, answer questions,etc...) Since the car was there they were able to take care of the other repair that day and get me back in my car. More
Just brought my car in for service and while I was waiting, I had a latte at the coffee bar. The Barnstable was very pleasant and she made my wait bearable. Going to a car dealer is at the bottom of my list of things to enjoy, but my experience with Georgetown Subaru and Joey Lafave was really great! Joey went out of his way to get me the best deal and sta things to enjoy, but my experience with Georgetown Subaru and Joey Lafave was really great! Joey went out of his way to get me the best deal and stayed in touch with me...never pressuring ... to give me the latest rates he could give me. He was patient with my questions and my mind changing! What a nice treat for them to have a coffee/tea bar that you can partake of as you make car decisions! The icing on the cake!! More
The service was excellent, completed with in the time that I was told. The only problem I had is when I retrived the mail from home the was a recall letter that requires me to return to the dealer for a that I was told. I took my car in for inspection, the first one since I bought it. I went at the right time on the wrong day, but they still allowed me to be seen.
