Christopher Garchitorena was very helpful with my purchase. He was patient and thorough when explaining all the details of my new Crosstrek. In addition, he's been very responsive to additional purchase. He was patient and thorough when explaining all the details of my new Crosstrek. I was promised the remaining items (splash guards, door guards, floor mats, ...) would be available in a few days. Six weeks later, I'm still waiting. Getting the remaining items installed has been a headache. The people are nice, but they make promises they fail to keep. There seems to be choatic communication between departments and a lot of new hires in the shop. (On the last trip, I drove off the lot with the hood unlatched.) One hand doesn't seem know what the other is doing. All in all, I've had a dreadful ownership experience. Perhaps the dealer would have been more conscientious if I had purchased from a Glendale salesman. (I made the purchase through a 3rd party recommended by my credit union.) If I had a do over, I'd purchase from another dealer--or at least refuse delivery until the car was equipped with all the purchased options. More

They ended up taking 3+ hours when it wasn't that busy and spilled oil all over my engine bay and exhaust which smoked terribly. They were kind enough to wash off the engine when i brought it back but it still smells like oil and took a huge chunk out of my day. Hopefully next time they pay better attention as they wouldn't want their nearly new cars stinking, smoking and burning oil. More

I wish I could give negative stars. I have never been treated so bad poorly by a sales person before. I understand there is a severe car shortage at the moment but the sales person that I have never been treated so bad poorly by a sales person before. I understand there is a severe car shortage at the moment but the sales person that came to greet me was so short and rude to me when I was asking questions. I'm not sure if it's because I was dressed in athletic clothing or because I'm Latina, but I was under the impression that they did not take me as a serious buyer. I asked if I could see any new or used Subaru's on the lot so that my mom could see the car in person and the man was so condescending and asked me if I knew that the cars are shipping all the way from Japan (which of course! It's a Japanese brand) and that I need to wait 6 months or pre-order. Ontop of that, he became even more curt when I told him I will check out the Subaru in Monrovia instead as the sales person there told me that they could reserve a car that was in transit for free. I had never felt like I was bugging a sales person before but this sales rep made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. I will not be recommending this Subaru dealer to anyone nor making any of my future purchases with them. More
It’s fine I guess. David helped me and he had good customer service. But buying a new car is a nerve racking experience. The entire system is flawed and this dealership David helped me and he had good customer service. But buying a new car is a nerve racking experience. The entire system is flawed and this dealership is no different than the rest. I am concerned about my new Impreza. When driving at high speeds, the steering sways slightly and feels loose. I took it back to the dealership service department and they said nothing is wrong with the steering, insinuating it’s all in my head. I’m pretty upset about this as I’m paying WAY over value for this little hatchback. I expect perfect steering and handling, yet they won’t do anything about it. Kinda sucks! More
