I was initially set to purchase 2 new Toyota SUV or car for me and my wife. I was only able to purchase my preferred 4 runner but Toyota did not have my other preferred vehicle model for my supposed second for me and my wife. I was told that they couldn’t keep up with the demand so I continued to look around. I came across a Subaru dealer near my place and immediately had the idea that I might try for the first time to own a Subaru. I liked the handling, the features, and most especially the mpg rating. Everything was going well until we didn’t agree with their offer on my trade in and discount with pricing and the dealer add ons. For some reason I didn’t believe what they said that all Subaru dealers would have the same offer and wished me luck. Until I called Subaru of Glendale the next day. I was greeted by a welcoming voice on the phone and from there David Mikaelyan assisted, listened, and understood what I really wanted. I visited and then drove out with my first ever Subaru. A totally different experience from other Subaru dealers and Toyota dealers. He communicated my expectations to his management team well and limited the back and forth negotiations. He made it a point not to make me feel pressured to get extra or optional items or services that I don’t want. He even drove me to my bank so I can get a cashier’s check to pay. He made me feel important even after the purchase. He took the time to show every function the Subaru forester had and made sure I had a grasp of all the functions. I previously had a test drive from other Subaru and Toyota dealerships but no one compares to how knowledgeable David was. I felt like other sales associates were just interested in making commissions while David also makes sure that customers like me drive away with positive customer service experience. He even introduced and showed me to the service department, made sure I know who to contact and where to go. I am happy with my first Subaru purchase and I think this won’t be the last. I will definitely recommend Glendale Subaru to my family and friends. Thank you. More

The dealership is definitely one to visit, they offer pretty good cars and service is always beyond helpful and honest of what needs to be done and helpful with requests. We went to Subaru of Glendale to buy an advertised used vehicle. The pricing and loan fees were so low I bought a NEW car. We wanted a baseline and they had it.
