Swindia was very helpful with a unique request. I was buying a new Impreza and didn't want to pick up the car right away. I needed to keep the car at the dealer to surprise my son with a car that was ne buying a new Impreza and didn't want to pick up the car right away. I needed to keep the car at the dealer to surprise my son with a car that was new to him. We created a ruse where my son and I would come to the dealer for a part for my wife's Outback, and while that was happening, Swindia put a bow on my son's new car and waited outside for the surprise. Swindia took pictures of all of us with the big surprise and even gave my son cupcakes! It was a great experience and Swindia had to enlist the help of several people at the dealership to make this work. It all went perfectly, and I very much appreciated the effort she took to make the surprise work. Oh and the Impreza is a blast to drive! More

This is my 2nd Subaru from SOG, Forester for 3 years and now the Tribeca, and Jill has been there to take care of me from the beginning. We gave the Forester to my daughter and she loves it. We KNOW that now the Tribeca, and Jill has been there to take care of me from the beginning. We gave the Forester to my daughter and she loves it. Subaru of Gwinnett was an overall great experience for me from the initial e-mail to pulling away in my new car. I emailed Swindia and about 10 emails later we had come to an agreement. The paperwork didn't take long at all which was a plus for me because we handled everything through email before I got there. Noone tried to push anything on me that I didn't want. Swindia was great. Even though the car I wanted was not on their lot she tracked it down and had it delivered from another state. They just get it...thanks for making it easy. They even took care of everything when we realized the hood got slightly messed up during transport after we noticed a couple of days after we purchased.
