Our service experience: The service was as we have come to expect. Very prompt and through. Our 2015 Outback has been serviced at Gwinnett since we purchased it. unable to get call back, waited 4 hrs to get a call back. I was there for repair , Tried to call Jeff more than 6 times since he promised to give me a call for payment and invoice total and information on a r I was there for repair , Tried to call Jeff more than 6 times since he promised to give me a call for payment and invoice total and information on a receipt. I attempt to call more than 6 times , and even secretary posted a sticky note to call back I waited 4 hrs. or more and never got a phone call back. I ended up driving up there for proper invoice totals. Incomplete paperwork was left. Very disappointed More
