Disapointed :( Let me say, the people are very nice, the actual work they do is fine and of course, the waiting room is lovely. But my last oil change was done off s Let me say, the people are very nice, the actual work they do is fine and of course, the waiting room is lovely. But my last oil change was done off site, for $60. When asked about it, I was told I had several free oil changes still on my account. So I came in to get my oil changed. Knowing it was free, I agreed to let them do several other things they suggested. When it came time to pay the bill, I was told, ' so sorry, but those oil changes have expired'. :( And then on top of it, the oil change at the dealership was over $80!!! :( It was my fault for not clarifying everything up front, but I can't help but feel like I was taken advantage of. :( And to find that the service is so much more expensive as well....... I think it is safe to say that I will not be having any more service done at the dealership. More

Fast, efficient service. I was greeted promptly, allowed to explain my needs, and then I was provided room to work while I waited, comfortable chairs w/refreshments. When it was discovered that it was going to take a couple of hours to get a part, I was offered a loaner vehicle. I choose to wait anyway, they were able to get the part and installed it in less time than the two hours quoted. Very pleasant experience and Jeff was great to work with. More
