Service is lacking Took the car in for an inspection, oil change, tire rotation. The oil change was performed and supposedly the air filters where changed (overpriced). Took the car in for an inspection, oil change, tire rotation. The oil change was performed and supposedly the air filters where changed (overpriced). Tire rotation was not performed. The brakes were not checked. There was a charge on the quote for the tire rotation but had to remind the adviser, the tire rotation was included since the tires were purchased there. I didn't realize they did not rotate them until I got home. I do not know if the other items were inspected. An just a small thing, the car was not washed even though all cars are to be washed and it was on the service order. Services that were to be performed- Inspect suspension Inspect parking brake Inspect axle boots and joints Inspect brake lines Inspect disc brake pads and discs Replace A/C filter every 12 months or 19,200 km (12,000 miles) Inspect steering system (power steering) Replace engine oil and oil filter Perform tire rotation & inspection More
Windshield wipers recall I had to visit this service center twice to get the windshield wipers fixed. The second time it took 2.5 hours for them to “hook up the wires”. No one I had to visit this service center twice to get the windshield wipers fixed. The second time it took 2.5 hours for them to “hook up the wires”. No one gave me updates or informed me what was going on. I also asked them to look at a light that had been on and to take a look at the sunroof. Neither of these things were taken care during this 2.5 hours. More

Found and fixed unusual sensor problem My 2016 Forester would have the collision avoidance and lane departure sensors shut down in extremely heavy rain, which is normal. However, they woul My 2016 Forester would have the collision avoidance and lane departure sensors shut down in extremely heavy rain, which is normal. However, they wouldn't reset after leaving the rain behind, which is very abnormal. After working on the car for several days the problem was tied to my steering assy being our of alignment with the wheels. When the car was going straight the wheel was turned to the side. Interesting problem. More
second time retiming the front paseanger window control on July 3, I will have had the outback for one year, and yet, I am not really happy with the outback - it lacks features I thought I was buying - like on July 3, I will have had the outback for one year, and yet, I am not really happy with the outback - it lacks features I thought I was buying - like a touch lift close button, and GPS connection on the screen - I am happy with the ride I get, and the mileage I get. But the lift door - it is wears on me - it doesn't close easily - and and the lift door light comes on alot . just wish I had that button. However, the service personnel have been great - so - that's why I give you all a 4 - More
