Yesterday my husband and I took our two cars to Subaru of Keene to trade them in for a new Subaru Outback wagon. It was a very pleasant experience. Although I was happy with the Ford Escape, my husband felt we should trade it in for a new car. After comparing the Ford Escape with the Subaru, the Subaru beat the Ford Escape hands down. The Internet Manager at Subaru of Keene called us, and we set up an appointment to meet with him. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Mark (the Internet Manager) and he introduced us to Bryan Sicard, a sales representative. This young gentleman, was very polite and pleasant as well as very knowledgeable on Subaru products. We spent two plus hours with Bryan looking at different styles of cars and discussing what our needs were and what we would be happy with as well as affordable for our budget. Bryan could have sold us a more expensive car, but instead he sold us a car that made since to us. Not only are we excited about our purchase but, I would highly recommend Bryan to anyone that comes to me about a new car. I would like to thank Subaru of Keene, for doing an outstanding job training their employees. Not once did we feel rushed or pressured. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Subaru of Keene. I should have started in Keene from the beginning because I had a terrible experience with a dealer closer to my home in Mass. I became so upset with my local dealer that I left and later called the manager to complain. I was interested in a Subaru Forester Premium Package which was the car that I test drove. I told them the exact features I was looking for and yet when they presented lease numbers to me, they quoted me on a base model Forester to show lower payments. They kept pressuring me to “sign” on the spot even though it wasn’t the car I wanted! What a totally different experience at Subaru of Keene. I found them on the web and chose them because of their good reputation. I spoke to Mark Carey, their Internet Manger, who quoted me over the phone on the car I wanted with two different payment options so that I could decide what I wanted to do. They even Fed-ex the paperwork to me so that I could get the car registered in Mass before I picked it up. They also paid and will continue to pay for my annual Mass Inspection, saving me $29/year. Who does that? When I picked the car up, Anthony Mastronardi gave me a very thorough overview of the car and even helped me set up my Bluetooth phone. Even though I live 1:15 away, the experience was worth the drive. This is my first Subaru (have leased Honda vehicles for 20 years) and it won’t be my last. I love my new Forester and I like the way I was treated at Subaru of Keene. More

Mark Carey, Alison Trow and Kathy Brow are just the best. I love my new Legacy. I got the color I wanted, the price I wanted and superior service. My husband and I drove out of the Subaru of Keene dealership with a wealth of information about our new car. I was confidant that I had a good working knowledge of the car because of the time Kathy and Alison took going through everything with us, before we left the lot. This is our 6th Subaru. I have to tell you how much I appreciate Mike Perry for the way that he goes above and beyond in customer service. When I purchased the car, Mike told me that he would be happy to switch cars with me ever the way that he goes above and beyond in customer service. When I purchased the car, Mike told me that he would be happy to switch cars with me every time I needed service (he lives nearby.) He has always honored that promise and I really appreciate him for it. He shows up at my door always at our agreed upon time, swaps me a nice, clean subaru and then returns my car that evening cleaner than he got it and fully serviced. I couldn't ask for anything more. The customer service that I have received from Subaru of Keene is more than I ever could have hoped for in a car company and I thank you very much for it. More

I ordered a 2011 WRX and worked with Ken from beginning to end. He was always keeping me up-to-date both on the phone and through e-mail on a weekly basis. There was a small delay in manufacturing and I found out I was not going to get my car on time. Luckily Ken Goff was my dealer and went out of his way to find out a coworker ordered the same car as me and convinced his coworker to let me have his car. You can’t beat that kind of dedication. Ken Goff is always respectful and provides a no pressure environment. He dedicates everything he does to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Due to how outstanding Ken Goff and Subaru of Keene is I made the 468 mi. trip to buy a car from them. My next car will definitely be a Subaru from Subaru of Keene and I will work with Ken Goff. More
