Brought vehicle in for maintenance and they were supposed to fix a part inside and said they did but it clearly fell off. They forgot to put a cap on the windshield wiper. No communication . Called 5 x to co to fix a part inside and said they did but it clearly fell off. They forgot to put a cap on the windshield wiper. No communication . Called 5 x to come back in got hung up on or transferred 5 times with no response. Was supposed to come in at noon on Friday and I get there and Jessie is at lunch. Not been a good experience at all.
