I had an appointment @ 930am. I am not sure if I was never checked in or what happened but I ended up waiting almost 2 1/2 hours for a standard oil change & tire rotation!! My car was ready and sitting in front of the exit door. I did not realize it was mine. After 20 minutes I went out to check. It was mine. I asked kari if it was ready and she said yes and that she was I did not realize it was mine. After 20 minutes I went out to check. It was mine. I asked kari if it was ready and she said yes and that she was in a meeting, Just prior to this I observed her walking around talking with everyone and checking out another customer. Kari knew I had a doctors appointment from our earlier conversations and couldn’t waste any time. I thought it was unprofessional and inconsiderate. More

Kari was knowledgeable and took great care of my situation; going the extra step to correct an issue with lug stems, avoiding an extra trip to Little Rock. The service techs are very friendly and professional. The work in the shop seems to be done competently and timely. The waiting area for the service group is very well appointed. My only complaint is with the scheduling group - their phone etiquette and product knowledge has some growing to do. Not bad, but not on par with everything else here. More

I brought my Outback to the service department at 9:30 in am. Dropped it off & returned to wait for it at 11:00. Sent a text to the info sent to me that I was waiting for my car. Finally at 1:30 I went yo am. Dropped it off & returned to wait for it at 11:00. Sent a text to the info sent to me that I was waiting for my car. Finally at 1:30 I went yo look for them to find out how much longer it would be. I had the wrong info! Went to find the correct person & found out they probably hadn’t looked at my car. Ended up leaving it overnight. The next day after texting, calling & email, still no information. It turns out I needed the 30,000 check & a battery! Finally got my car on day 4! Love the video the technician sent, however communication was terrible. More

I've been here twice. Both times they didn't put the dampener back on my glovebox.
