I have had my Subaru Outback serviced at the dealership since I originally purchased it in 2016. I am very pleased with the service and trust that the employees are providing me with factual information on since I originally purchased it in 2016. I have always had my 2018 Forester serviced here since I bought it from my son 3 years ago. The service has always been exceptional, even up to the standards of the "Luxury" dealers in Little Rock. This last time was unique because of the new video communication tool they use with the technician. You know exactly what he did and why and if he is recommending anything. As stated by another client, I really appreciate the fact they don't try to "sell" you something every time you come in for service. Keep up the great work and innovating! More
