Most pleasant car buying experience ever! I purchased my first Subaru on January 19, 2017, which is the 9th car I've owned. Outside of my uncle selling me my first car for $1.00 and a leased v I purchased my first Subaru on January 19, 2017, which is the 9th car I've owned. Outside of my uncle selling me my first car for $1.00 and a leased vehicle in 2013, this was by far the best experience ever. Rich Moss was absolutely wonderful and easy to work with every step of the way. Signing the paperwork with Zach was quick and painless. Then Len spent 30-40 minutes going over everything about the car. Lots of bells and whistles, so that was very helpful. Rich has called and emailed several times since my purchase assuring me all I need to do is call if I need anything. I generally keep my cars for a long time, so although I won't be buying a car anytime soon, I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy. The experience was simply that great, and I love my new Outback! More
