We needed to find a good used car for our daughter, and we went to Gebhardt Subaru first because we know they support KidsPak, a charity that provides We needed to find a good used car for our daughter, and we went to Gebhardt Subaru first because we know they support KidsPak, a charity that provides food to hungry kids. When we arrived we were greeted by Rich Moss, who took the time to show us lots of used cars until we found one that fit both the needs of our daughter and the budget we were working within. He made the car available for a test drive, as well as a visit to our mechanic to give us his opinion. This inspection by our mechanic took a couple of days to schedule, and Rich held the car for us until we made a decision. When we came in to finalize the deal, the negotiation was quick and painless, and we felt that the deal was fair and completely honest. It was not an old school high pressure sale, but more like reasonable people seeking a compromise that worked for both parties. Not only would I gladly recommend others to deal with Gebhardt Subaru, but I would also highly recommend Rich Moss, an honest man who works with the customer to find a vehicle that will make them happy.
